How to Use

1. Start with a clean, smooth, painted surface (lighter backgrounds work beautifully).

2. Apply decoupage medium or transfer gel to the surface.

3. Lay the tissue paper into place and gently smooth from the center outward to remove air bubbles.

4. Allow to dry completely.

5. Seal with an additional layer of decoupage medium or protective topcoat.

Tip

For best results, apply decoupage papers over a light painted surface such as white, cream, or soft neutral tones. This allows the artwork to remain bright and vibrant while helping the design blend seamlessly into the furniture for a hand-painted appearance.
