How to Use

Position Elevated Etiquette onto the wet surface and gently smooth using a brayer, scraper, or soft cloth to remove any air bubbles. Once dry, apply another coat of decoupage medium or your preferred water-based topcoat to protect your project. For the richest colors and crispest details, apply over a white or lightly painted surface.
