How to Use

Cut the tissue paper to fit your project, then apply your favorite decoupage gel to a clean, prepared surface. Carefully position the tissue paper and smooth it using a brayer, scraper tool, or soft brush to remove wrinkles and air bubbles. Apply another coat of decoupage gel over the top and allow it to dry completely before sealing with your preferred water-based topcoat. For the most vibrant results, apply over a white or lightly painted surface.
