How to Apply

Step 1: Clean
For non-painted surfaces, thoroughly clean with Dixie Belle White Lightning and rinse with clean water. When applying over an already painted surface, clean with a damp, lint-free cloth.

Step 2: Apply Clear Coat
Once the surface is completely dry, apply a layer of Dixie Belle Clear Coat.

Step 3: Apply the Paper
While the Clear Coat is still wet, carefully position the decoupage paper onto your surface and gently smooth it into place.

Step 4: Seal
Apply another coat of Dixie Belle Clear Coat over the decoupage paper and allow it to dry completely.
